I'd a HELOC bill with PNC years back. From the orange their selections division calls me declaring back costs are due for insurance on the home I'venot possessed for pretty much ten years.
I Have implemented their directions numerous occasions, written down, plus they wont actually react, the selections sees keep returning... To get a statement which should not really occur
Errors happen, however the complete rejection (or ineptitude) to react accordingly isn't okay. I will never conduct business with PNC again.
