Fraud/Deceptive practices

I have 3 GE Bank charge cards (Pay Pal, Walmart, and Chevron).
GE Bank switched my payment due date from the 11th of each month to the 3rd of each month without notifying me. I discovered today I have three 35.00 late fees from these scums! GE Bank will not refund the late charges, so I will PIF the accounts, and never do business with this bank or the slimy companies (Chevron, Walmart, GE BANK) they represent again!
