TD Ameritradeis ThinkorSwim merchants involved in Unauthorized Trading in a person's consideration and destroyed his whole pension account. While probed by FINRA, TD Ameritradeis attorneys (whose customer listing contains Bernard Madoff affiliates) lied to FINRA detectives and dedicated fraud in settlement to be able to hide their wrongdoing and obtain the buyer's claims ignored. The situation has become going to trial.
