Paypal froze my account to verify I was not a 'business' contrary to their 'rules'.
The first 2 times I contacted them & told them I was NOT in business the 2 different persons said they resolve these issues in 24 hours.
After 48 hrs. A 3rd person stated it would 3-5 days.
They continue to demand I send business documents which I DO NOT have!
I am giving up & closing my account & only dealing with MO, or check when I buy on ebay
