99.00 was removed from my banking account without my permission. It was obtained 11-09-10. I never gave authorization for my lender or online platium to withdraw funds from my account. That triggered me with an facility of 35.00. I have submitted a police statement as well as named better burea office. Put my funds and facility costs back to my bill or I'll get futher action.
