Cp Card ripoff steals money from people with bad or no credit

Consumer preferred is a total rip off. You send in $49 dollars and they send you a card that can only be used to purschase item from their catalog. I sure these items cannot really be purchased.

Their phone number or help line as they call it is really a celluar phone number that no one answers. They used to be called consumer first. Beware!
