Here’s the abridged edition (the shows of my notice, should you may):
• Visited all summer with SunTrust Visa credit/credit card—no issues.
• Obtained new SunTrust MasterCard money/charge card in September.
• Visited to Nevada November.
• Store positioned on card—called quantity on back of card, confirmed identification and acquisitions, store was raised.
• Night about the East Coast, 9pm in Nevada, a brand new store is positioned on card.
• customer support shuts at nighttime EST, card made ineffective till next day.
• Phone amount on back of card again, achieve “Dani” in fraud division, am informed I can’t distinguish between automatic program and discussion with individual (the same to be informed I’m crazy).
• Maintain lifted—apparently—waiting today for brand new store in further moves to Phoenix, Sacrament, Charlottesville, Virginia, and DC (and all of the locations in between—oh, the locations we’ll go!)
• Disappointed that appeal of the Delta SkyMiles card (since we prefer to journey) is made ineffective when really touring
Follow up concerns:
• Is it SunTrust or MasterCard that's being so hard?
• Do I maintain SunTrust as main lender today, when my CFE Credit (and my husband’s BofA) money/charge card works good?
• How may this effect my husband’s company consideration when he moves to go to customers?
• Why does customer support close at nighttime?
• May SunTrust not manage 24 hour customer support? May be the lender in big trouble economically?
• May SunTrust not locate somebody such as the first-person who might just briefly raise the store or somebody similarly insulting as “Dani” was towards the client to function prior night? Somebody about the Westcoast, possibly?
• Is SunTrust not really a really worldwide organization that's unfit to assist the requirements of touring clients? Particularly when supplying a money/charge card that makes kilometers employed for TOURING?
• Am I Going To obtain any kind of reaction to these concerns?
