Never signed up

I've been billed Oct and December and that I do not recall actually sigining up for credit rating record. I understand my credit is poor and that I wouldn't have appeared it-up. Please take away the costs and and provide back credit for that 2 weeks you've obtained it out-of my bill. I've fraud alert on my bill today when I only obtained a notice previously week from the business in California that I've turn into a target of idtheft, scam. I've approached the TransUnionCorp to tell them concerning the alert. Please stop this when I cannot afford these costs.
