This company, person, Danny Wall, also scammed me also. Purchased a trading education course for $1,000.00 after a few months in his monthly membership site called "Real Time News Alerts" and he said he would put half of that money ($500) in his "guaranteed pools" fund. He guarantees that he will double your money in 3 months' time, essentially paying for my course. Of course, the minute I wanted the money, he started stalling and having excuses.
But not before he got me into an internet marketing coaching program. After the very first session, he was already pushing me into a $2,000 course upgrade... Although I said I would sign up, warning bells started ringing and the very next day I cancelled the coaching program and asked for a refund (he said we had 30 days to decide if we liked the program and could get our money back in that time frame). He stalled for a while after he finally even replied to my emails then told me if I wanted to get my money back, I could go and get it myself. It took some time but since he never even replied to PayPal, I finally got my money back. The last time I checked that PayPal account has since been disabled... Too many complaints and requests for refunds I guess...

If you read that (it is very long) you will see that he has been scamming people for many years (probably moving towards the ten year mark), first in the internet marketing area, and recently trading/investments area... This looks like his next scam forming - same schtick, different arena (domaining):

I have already filed reports with the FBI internet crime division, Colorado Attorney General, contacted two newspapers in his area, and various forums. I hope to work together with his other victims and stop him from conning more people as well as get our monies back and put him in prison. There are quite a few of us, and the growing number of victims has these government agencies finally interested in our stories.
