I am unemployed so I have been more than caucious with my money and I check my account everyday. I noticed last week that I was $40.00 short in my account not a big deal but its my money and where did it go it just disappeared? Wells Fargo on line banking page items for your personal accounts will change daily in other words the Bank will move arround transactions to benefit themselves regardless of the exact date and time the transaction appreared or was processed. Ive noticed my account being skimmed for the last year small amounts hardly noticeable but enuff is enuff. I call they cannot explain and I get the run around being transfered rep to rep. NEVER with a clear explanation. Just recently I caught them with a screen print from the prior day the online rep gave me my $40.00 back and listed it as Customer Satisfaction stating it was a bank error they didnt show the $40.00 being deposited however I had the receipt in hand along with the screen print of my account I think without these I would of gotten another run around? I show on my screen the $40.00 deposit which she claims didnt get posted she had NO explaination for me.interesting I just wonder how often this happens and how much money is really being skimmed. If you dont screen print it can change daily you have to be neurotic and dilligent in watching your money. Its really ridiculous. How long have they been doing this its funny in the past Ive done the math and recall the same scenerios I think to myself well my maths right just some money has just seemed to of disapeared... I feel my hands are tied everything has to flow throught the bank with direct deposit but Im watching and tracking hopeing to catch them again. Shame on you wells fargo...
