Financial Aid RIP OFF, Reported me as a half-time student when I was full-time I lost my FAFSA

I graduated from GCU April with my MBA. The financial aid situation was always a problem. They would report I was a part time or half-time student. I was actively enrolled as a full-time student. I started May 5 and graduated April 29, how was I part-time?
My undergraduate loans require me to be a full-time student, and I would call GCU (never getting through) e-mail them and eventually talking with someone who assured me yes they understood and would personally fix the problem. This went on for the two years I was in their program. I graduated with a 3.8 and I am currently a Doctoral student at another university.
This morning the FAFSA people e-mailed me that my SAR was changed I was in default since) 9-09. I no longer qualified for federal funding. I am in my 2nd quarter in my PhD program, all because GCU lied and never corrected the problem and kept mis - labeling my status with the Federal Clearing House.
I have been unable to get through to GCU as usual, I will try the Dean or Provost in the morning, then I will contact the BBB and Department of Education and file a formal complaint. It is bad enough they mis-appropriated funds, but now they just cost me my future. This is not right.
It took them 2 months to confer my degree which is crazy.

I want them to fix this and give me the money they stole from my funding.

Angry and frustrated former graduate student.
