Capella School college scam ripoff threats bad communication illegal failed grades fraud retaliated

Did you apply for student loans and if so who filled out the paperwork? I was consistently sent emails (as evidence supports) to complete my FAFSA as soon as possible our else I would be remove from courses and discharged from the university (evidence on record). The financial aid paperwork was completed by the university. I did apply for student loans and the information was carried over from one quarter to the next. To reiterate, the university would send me emails consistently to enter my pin information to confirm my enrollment multiple times throughout quarter.
Did they make any promises?

1. My enrollment advisor told me there would be No problems with locating employment when employers discovered that I was working toward a PHD I was told that employers would be calling me to work for them instead of me making the efforts to contact them.

2. Same advisor told me that it would not take me anymore than 4-5 years to complete the program

3. At the 4 year mark when just about half way through the program, the university starting failing all the students in my classes for no apparent reason. If the student filed a complaint against the faculty or anything else, the university would make the remainder of the students learning process impossible or attempt to Constructively discharge the student.

4. I was constantly provided deceptive or otherwise questionable statements to support the rational for my failure in courses. The trend did not seem to make sense when I earned straight As in the first 20 courses

5. I was told there was more than a 75% graduation rate and although I requested to speak to former PHD students, I was only afforded the opportunity to speak to 1 former PHD student who actually graduated in all of my 4 years with the university! Would this make you suspicious?

6. Please understand that everything was left questionable when provided information by the university. Not until I was well in debt with the university did the university commence automatic failure of students and provided no rational for failure grades

7. For my entire program I felt that I was being forced to sign-off or falsify my financial aid forms in order to remain in my program. The university continued to fail me for no reasons thus retaliating against me for blowing the whistle against them

10. After taking a good look at the universities policies and procedures, it was clear that they were involved in breach of fiduciary duty. Understand that once a student is 75k-100k in debt with student loans, they are not going to drop out of the university simply because the university fails them for no reason. Naturally, they are going to stay in the program given their 3-4 years already committed to studies. Therefore, the university could cash-out every time they failed an entire class without reason and thus collect a larger amount of student federal financial aid.

I followed up with 25 fellow PHD students, out of the 25, only 1 graduated and the remainder dropped, felt forced to drop, or were retaliated against by the university in some manner. Doing the calculations, that would be 24 students with 100k in debt, with no PHD, and no job. Now, when employers hear that I attended this university, they say, sorry Not a good fit
