US Mortgage Bailout
SCAMMED and No Promises kept Just Lost my Home and $3000

I also was told they were affliated with Obama's Mortgage Modification Program. I was told by the employee who contacted me, Mike Zivkovic emaile mzivkovic@usmortgagebailout. ComIan Pelligrini, that they were associated with the program. He told me for 3000, paid up front, that they would get me a loan modification with a max interest rate of 2.5 to4.5% and/or a principal reduction guaranteed. I was told to stop making my house payment because the bank wouldn't work with me if I was current. He also told me to not communicate with the bank but direct their phone calls to him and his company. This started in late D February by August I was in foreclosure and had 30 days to pay the past due amount off or I would lose my home. They did nothing to contact the bank on my behalf, when I spoke to the bank in June, they had no record of correspondence from usmortgagebailout. I have been asking for my money back since July and they have not returned one phone call or email and I ran through every extension to find someone to get a live person to refund me. They will not return my phone calls or emails. I filled out the paperwork for making homes affordable and submitted it to the bank in June. I have heard nothing more form this company and I've lost out on $3000 dollars that I also need badly right now to move and find a new place to live. Not to mention they ruined any credit I had and renting has become a nightmare. Embarrassed and humilated and hurt and fustrated to the point of a nevous breakdown. How could these people be so cruel. I really do not have any money left and no one to turn to for help. I have lost everything including my dignity because of these people - I feel so stupid right now

I was extremely discouraged after being taken by a fraudulent financial entity. What's worse is that I was so embarrassed that I would not have taken action even if I knew how to. Luckily
