Ripoff lying no good crooks huting people who just want to make life better for their family

I foolishly fell prey to some scab. I brought a Refund Recovery System, so I thought. I paid around 40.00 dollars for it. I charge it on my credit card. If there is any you can help me get my money back I would appreciate it Thank you.
