My name is Dev vrat Singh Rawat and currently I am in United States. I have a saving account in HDFC Bank since 2008. On Aug 1st I have been charged with AQB SER CHGS INC ST & CESS an amount of Rs 827.25, without any prior notice. This is totally unfair and ridiculous. 827.25 is not a big amount for me but I would have preferred if they had to at least send me an intimation email. I am closing my account and would advise everybody who is thinking of opening an account in HDFC to please think again, it would be the biggest mistake of your life.
