I'm a property agent publishing for my customer. We've been associated with Wells Fargo / National Servicing Organization for more than 5 weeks.
We're associated with the brief pay department and also the HAFA program. Wells doesn't evaluate products in a regular issue. We have needed to revise and revise all our paperwork repeatedly again.
Our client is resting on an air bed since underneath the HAFA guidelines can't keep the home. Customer was thinking about shifting from Florida to California and presented these details since March. It's today September 28th.
We still don't have our brief pay approval, despite the fact that I've the HAFA approval. Today Wells states the document needs to be delivered elsewhere for buyer acceptance. All of the paperwork is terminated again.
We've a (my customer) a customer who would like to purchase the residence and our lifestyles have now been placed on store as a result of this. I'm being confronted individually with foreclosure since I just receive money whenever a purchase ends.
