I need your help I have finally found a firm that would be willing to represent us it only took 2 years! If we stand together if not I will go it alone and the rest you will only ride for free, and you know what that means they only make you "WHOLE" this means, they will only make things right for you at MGC Mortgage. Right at MGC Mortgage means "for a little awhile" until NO ONE IS LOOKING AGAIN! If they have not paid your taxes, and you had to pay they will reimburse you if they did not pay your insurance, they will reimburse you if they have charged you fees that were not reasonable, they will reimburse you BUT if they have caused you to go into FORECLOSURER that is where your pain comes in.
This is caused depression, distress, aggravtion, mood swings, anixeity, sleep disorder etc... These are where YOUR damages will come from! Even if you remod and they did not except you damages, if they changed your account serveral times and your with the same company and so on and so on...
I know I have been though it all I have been with this company since July! They have not paid my taxes and their in my escrow they have not paid my insurance and they too are in my escrow, they have not answered my cerified letters, they have not answered my calls, they have not been to any mediations or been available since they started to foreclosure on my home. They have been unavailable to answer my questions, they have not applied my 10,000 in western union payments to my account, they didn't do a remod that I requested last March of they have not answer my request as to what they are doing with my money and escrow, they have not complied with HUD by suppling them with a W9. Please fight with me I have had enough. This has effected my whole family we all have felt this depression of MGC Mortgage not know if they are going to coming and find our belonging outside. I want you to know that I got a email from MGC Mortgage wanting to help me resolve my issues after 3 years of pain.
