Claims to have your claim money but wants money from you

I got two letters in the mail this morning telling me i have a prize claim report of 3,276, 450.00 thats alot of money ok they want me to give them 20 us dollars to transfer or send me my state check now how they got my name and adress has got me but i want to file a lawsuite against this company and i know its a scam and they want me to send the 20 dollars by july 29th at 12 or i dont get the money now on the letter they have it looking like its actually from the government with a fake seal and all with a so called internal tracking number and on the fake seal that you can tell went through a copy machine says offical on it now please someone contact me or do something about this
