Charging Interest on a No-Interest Promotion - PayPal Plus Credit Card issued by GE Money Bank (Platinum)

I love the services that PayPal provides, but their CS Reps have no clue. GE Money Bank issued me a PayPal credit card, which is supposed to be no interest/no payments until 2010. I have no clue what has gone wrong, but some1 better find out and fix it fast because no only do I work for a Finance Co, but I also have years of Customer Serv experience; and I will do whatever it takes to get RESULTS! Spoke with a "Supervisor" today at GE Money Bank and explained to her that SUDDENLY, I am being charged interest on my December tranactions when I am not supposed to be charged interest on this card AT ALL until next year. I was provided an expiration date of and told that interest would be accrued on the entire outstanding balance as of the promotion expiration due date. I have never been charged interest on this account until this Month (December). I opened the account in September, and was supposed to have 6 months of no interest! I still receive bills that reflect the promotion information. Yet, they are charging me interest on the exact same billing. (It's the craziest thing I've ever seen.) Everytime I call, whether I'm speaking with a Rep or a Sup. I have to CONVINCE THEM that I have a no interest promotion on my account. They tell me that my account information doesn't reflect such. I have told them if there was no promotion on my account AT ALL, then please look at my transaction/billing history and explain why I have never been charged interest until now. The Sup was so non-chalant. Didn't try to offer any type of explanation. Didnt even put me on hold to try and research my account. Evidentally, these "promotion issues" are not anything unusual since they have an entire department dedicated to researching and correcting accounts that are not being handled with the promotions promised at origination. The Sup simply told me that she would send the information to the "Promotions Research Department", and IF CORRECTIONS ARE NEEDED, I can expect to see them reflected on my bill in two to three billing cycles. What the heck?!? Are you serious... Am I really supposed to sit back and wait two to three billing cycles before I can even get them to confirm that they screwed up. That makes no sense. I specifically asked her if she was able to confirm that the promotion had somehow been dropped from my account. I can understand having to wait two billing cycles for the corrections to be reflected on my bill, but I 'm not goin to wait two months just for them to tell me whether they can confirm the error. When I first opened the account, I had to call and ask where my card was because I had not received it, and a month had past. At that time, I was told that the card was supposedly mailed out. So, they cancelled the first card and re-issued a second one (WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN A REPLACEMENT CARD). The Sup told me today, that my account number changed. So, Im wondering if they changed my account number when they sent the replacement card... And perhaps this is when my promotion information was also mysteriously dropped from the account. I'm not sure, but I want answers!
