Wellsfargo. What can I say "RUN DONT BANK WITH THEM CROOKS"
I was a Wachovia Customer which I loved and of course they merged with Wellsfargo in April. I was warned by friends and even checking out consumer complaints about them. I check my account on a daily basis. Well today I checked my account (6/29) and I have a zero balance. So I call Wellsfargo to find out what the heck this charge is from... Customer service transfers me to Recovery hum... So I speak with this guy. He doesn't see anything and then he say's do you know so and so? I said yes that's my husband. Well your husband had an account with us a few years ago and it overdrew so that's why you have a Right to Set Off. Okay why are you taking money out of my account? This has nothing to do with me, I was not on his account. I was told by Wellsfargo that it doesn't matter since we are married... So they sucked me dry... I told this idiot who by the way was rude because he was being checked... That I have checks out there. His response and your really going to love this one THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM NOT OURS" What? So you take money from me set me up to bounce checks and get overdraft fee's you gotta be kidding... These people are crooks. Don't use this bank!!! Oh and I was also told that they do not have to notify you if they suck you dry. That the law!!! Well when I'm finished with them we will have a new law... This should not happend these banks should not be aloud to do this!!! If they would have notified me and let me know what was going on I could have made some sort of arrangement with them... I made a second call to the Charge Off department to find out what the remaining balance is $ 1400.00 in over draft fee's still left this woman that I spoke with told me I have two weeks to pay if or Ill be sorry!!!
