I thought I was the only one putting up with wellsfargo's overdraft policie tactics. One of their latest is a $1.41- negitive bal. Which was brought to a positive bal. The next day, accuring on a 3 day non-buisness holiday.
Funds are drawn, deposits made, funds drawn ect. EXCEPT!
5 days later a $33.00 overdraft charge is added without any notification. NOW! I'm $30.00 over and another $33.00 O/C on top of a $5.00 continual O/C each day there after.By then its to $90.00 And Rising.
I was told by a representative I should have had Overdaft Protection. But to have O/P you need a savings to cover the overdrafts. Well! I once had a savings, and wellsfargo "without" my knowledge closed it and transferred those funds into my checking? Discoveing this some time later... I went into a short panic thinking I had been robbed.
I then opened a savings at another Bank but still use "wellsfargo's self"service. Later I will share a incident where wellsfargo holds cash deposited funds untill they have cleared.
