I've been a faithful pursuit customer for more than 10 years. I have had a chase creditcard for two decades. I skipped 1 charge card paymnet = after I was unemployed, I simply obtained a notice threatning legal action.
I've my bank, IRA and mortgage (no overdue funds) with pursuit. I suppose its time for you to review my bank and change to some customer-friendly lender.
