After studying all of the grievances below against PURSUIT HOME FUND, I'd like to understand when there is an attorney who's prepared to undertake a-Class Action Lawsuit against PURSUIT.
I've been trying to get things resolved with PURSUIT who pull their toes and deceive me each time and rest in my experience and my $153,000 mortgage of 2 years before they're today declaring is $163,000 and that I have compensated them nearly $18,000 previously 24 months. Today does which make sense? And all-they need me to complete is maintain refiling paperwork to get a Change. I've completed 3 Adjustments previously 2-year and every time they pull their toes, don't take my funds informing me they're not required while they're trying to work-out the Change, after which include overdue costs and such for not making funds the weeks they try focus on the Change.
What I've completed to date, is contact my US Senator. Perhaps if ALL OF US contact our Senators, perhaps they'll consider what PURSUIT does with these bank resources???
