Interest and Finance Charges Outpace Principal on $10,000 Loan

On our loan our payment is $145.46 and 43.82 to principal so far.
We have paid so far this year $75.64 and charged 892.08 in finance charges.
We still owe over $5000.00 on a $10.000 dollar loan.
These people keep calling for their money when they already got the check
and they sit on the check as long as they can and charge late fees on top of it all.
