We are paying more on intrest and finance charges on loan then the loan its self

On our loan our payment is $145.46 and 43.82 to principal so fare.
We have paid so fare this year $75.64 and charged 892.08 in finance charges.
We still owe over $5000.00 on a $10.000 dallar loan.
These people keep calling for their money when they already got the check
and they sit on the check as long as they can and chare late fees on top of it all.
