Fraud / not helping but taking

Just like others within our house 17 years-lost my work. Citi mortgage wouldn't use us at-all they offered our mortgage to selene fund and today selene fund don't invest anything to preserve us within our house but may invest $15.000 00 to $20.000.00 to stop us out so weres the the help maintain poeple inside houses please assist us cheers scott newton
