I used to work for a mortgage company that contracted this Dovenmuehle to service our mortgage loans. Without being too specific and I was in a position to view their Dunn & Bradstreet and S&P Reports since they are privately owned corporation, this is one of the only ways to obtain information about them and their management structure and I can tell you first hand that if you want help with your loan modification or short-sale don't bother calling their anemic servicing staff and loan specialists, go straigt to the companies decison maker who is the Executive Vice President Mary Przybyla (847) 550-7350.
I have lost my job and have not worked since the middle of 2009. My wife lost her job 4 months ago and the money is running out fast. We are very modest and saved our money where we could and didn't indulge like people you hear about that live beyond there means. Regretably, our loan happens to be serviced by Dovenmuehle through one of there many other clients of bank and mortgage companys. My wife and I contact them since october and we still have'nt had any help. They have lost our finacial information three times and we had to keep sending it in to start the process over again but they would'nt continue with where there currently at and they started over each time delaying the process and bringing my wife and children closer to losing our home. The worst part is the feeling that these people just don't care and don;t want to help they tell me that they have my file and to be patient but never any progress and always talking with someone differnt each time that is supposably working my case.
I finally found Mary Przybyla (847) 550-7350 who was able to talk to there Loss Mitigation department to move my file along!!!
If you need help and you have to deal with this company you may be able to get some help now like I did. It is time for us consumers to fight back against corporate america who's greed got us into this mess in the first place. If you are like me, you are just looking for someone to listen to you and to help you. Do not give up, do not accept being dismissed anymore! Be persistent and you will perservere!
