Smooth talking Dan Doyle has lots of information about and contacts in the Go Zone of Louisiana and Mississippi. He presents very appealing information about real estate investments in that area.
He told us about a great investment in a fourplex in D'Iberville Mississippi. He needed a deposit of $26000 to start, then later he needed another $25000 to purchase the land the fourplex would be built on. That money was sent to an atorney in Jackson Mississippi. Who supposedly was going to deliver a deed to the land.
Later Dan Doyle reported that the Investment program was terminated, but he said our money could be applied to a new GO Zone investment ant the $51000 already paid would be applied to the new investment. But in the end Dan Doyle and his friend Greg Disotell in D'Iberville just ran with the $51000. Now they can't be reached, so we are dealing with the Mississippi Attorney General.
