To much confusion with their offerings

I'd a Lender of America card for over ten years. After I ended the consideration since the incentive plan did not match my need, no body questioned me if there might be another card or plan that'll better fulfill my requirements. After I called back again to ask about another card they'd that had no yearly charge, a woman through the government point advised me that cards transported yearly costs. After I distributed to her, about her own organization, that, certainly, you will find BOA cards available that need no yearly charge, she merely stated. Uh, I am sorry there is some distress, you are right, that card was ignored. To that we stated, "I am sorry, if there is that much distress together with your choices, then possibly I must contact another lender."
