I was told I would receive a credit card with a $2500 limit if I could supply a one time fee of $299 within 10 days of the company debiting my bank account. It took them 4 weeks to get me anything even after repeated calling.
When I received my package it only contained advertising brochures and an application to fill out for a secured credit card. Prior to my agreeing to letting them have the money I had checked out the web but was unable to find information on Alpha Credit Enhancement. I returned the entire package to this company return receipt requested and was told that it would take 3-5 days to have my money refunded.
I did provide them with the tracking number for my package which they said would speed my refund along. Once I gave them the tracking number they said that was all they needed for their "processor" to approve the refund in 48 hours. I have now called repeatedly for about 3 weeks and am still being told that the "processor" has not approved the refund as they are waiting to hear from the company that charged my bank account - Alpha Credit Enhancement. I have been told that there is no way to contact Alpha Credit Enhancement and there is no way to speak to the "processor" nor a supervisor. Please help me get my $299 returned to me. Thanks.
