Worked there for about 30 days. I have never seen more drug and steroid abuse in a workplace in my life. The owner Aaron Cushman is the leader. They have us reading off sales scripts and yelling at us to make sales. These people are losing their homes and all these guys care about is taking their money. I went to Aaron Cushman to try to ask for help but he is so strung out on Steroids that it I got screamed at and felt like he was going to go crazy if I did not make a sale. I left the firm and never returned.
