We are long time members of ACSC, both insurance and roadside services. On Dec. 28 we amended our auto policy with a refund owed us of $847.00 which we were told by the agent would arrive in about a week. When not rec'd, and upon inquiries, we were given three different answers as to when we could expect the refund, ranging from "it was sent on 1-15-10" to "it could take up to three weeks" to "maybe 5 days from now." This delay begs the question of..."who earns the interest on the frefund money when ACSC delays payment?" Wish we could get a straight and honest answer to this!!!
