Blevins Franks have paid considerable sums of money to Costa Action Group aka Costa Action aka Costa del Sol Action Group over the last few years. Blevins Franks paid for the publication of the CDSAG magazines on which no IVA (VAT) was paid which was a substantial fraud on the Spanish taxman.
Those responsible for Costa Action take backhanders, kickbacks, commissions or whatever you want to call sacks of money from the likes of Blevins Franks.
