Closed restaurant april 1009 continued to allow draw from bank per agreement. Closed account in March notified First Data to send me address for continued payments. Received confirmation (E-mail) Where to return equipment and pay 5more payments with address where to send payments. I have been sending payments but they keep calling me to assign bank withdraw form. Will not do so because I do not trust them with my account. I get at least 2 calls daily (don't answer) keep good records and sent complaint (harassment warning) to Denver BBB. BTW I have clean credit report and always pay what I owe. They always cash my checks!
