I am upset with the card because I was trying to use the card at a different vet and I could never get ahold of them. I have had late payments on my account many times and I know that I sent the bill on time. They will not even work with me. They said that they could only give one late fee back. I am upset with the company and they are not doing anything about it. Thanks for listening.
