I had a very disappointing experience with them

I'd an extremely frustrating encounter using the Store-Manager, Maryanne Colon. I'm an extended time client at CVS, it's my drug-store of preference to get a very long time. Nowadays I visited the shop above to produce some digital images. I've usually utilized another shop, on 1646 Major Ave, Clifton, NJ (# 6064) and also the support is great. The printing devices within the 6064 shop are extremely good.

Today, however, my images published really badly and seemed pasty. I preferred to not consider them-and to go to my typical CVS shop instead. Ms. Maryanne was really rude in my experience and mentioned that I ought to have recognized better before I applied their printing device. She mentioned that "this isn't a publishing laboratory" which the next time I ought to print-only one image before I proceed. She subsequently proceeded to lay in my experience that she had a need to proceed upstairs to talk to the "supervisor". I inquired easily might talk to the manager myself and he or she mentioned that she "was the supervisor"! I am still unsure who is really the supervisor for the reason that shop! I subsequently inquired easily might talk to anyone who assists clients with electronic images and he or she stated that he was upstairs. Soon after, she stated that I really could not talk to this individual since he wasn't upstairs which he's among the "large corporate people"! It was positively absurd and incredibly unprofessional. I don't think that this is actually the method to manage a person also it was really unprofessional on her to express something after which another thing which was totally reverse, along with an awful attitude. It was never my purpose to generate to CVS, purchase images, after which not consider them! A person supplies the best to not purchase something which he/she thinks is of low quality. I'm really dissatisfied in the support I obtained today and that I regret that Ms. Colon is tarnishing the great title of the CVS shop together with her conduct to clients.
