Increased interest rate without notifacation

Capital one bent me over by increasing my interest rate and willnot lowwer it.
Tryed to talk with superviser no good.
Capital one didnot notifi me before rising rate.
What would they do if everyone held up there money and everyone bent capital one over, it wouldnot be great sex but, satisfaction heh heh.
