Increased Interest Rate Without Notification

Capital One bent me over by increasing my interest rate and will not lower it.
Tried to talk with supervisor no good.
Capital One did not notify me before rising rate.
What would they do if everyone held up there money and everyone bent capital one over, it would not be great sex but, satisfaction heh heh.
