They claim to specialize in real estate, aged corporations, personal guarantors and lease corp programs than promise a high yield. They have services that they take initial fees from you for Lease corporation programs and selling shelf corporations. They take your money and promise that they use it for you to lease a percentage of a company which in turn gets a loan and then they promise that you will receive between $100,000 to $200,000 tax free and you don't owe anything back on the return that they promise you.in reality, they collect many peoples money on this false promise and then when they cant produce the results they they outlined in the contract they offer to return your money.
