My name is Mike D. I bought a pre-paid phone 2 months ago. I gave the number out to all my freidns and family as well as work and a few co-workes. Immedeately I got calls from chase telling me to call 866 363 1231. Executive office direct line for Jp Morgan Chase is 800-242-7399. The executive fax for Jp Morgan Chase is 281-915-0984. They are incompitent but call and fax them directly with your problems. Skip customer service. Ask for Linda or Michelle. I have no business with them and never have. I called and gave my number to them. They transfered me to Tricia Odeon. I left a message explaining everything. The next day another call I called back and asked the operator why this hadn't stopped she gave me a supervisor voice mail. I left him a message. I called back and left another voicemail for Tricia the lady who had incorrectly entered my number for some other guys account threatening her. I then called 10 more supervisors and left them messages. They never ever called back. I believe they are racist. They would never call a white man for two months straight every day burning up his pre-paid minute. I called the executive office and spoe with three different women. I faxed a complaint letter to them, the Attorney General, Department of Labor Licensing and Regulation Violations Dept. I faxed a copy to my congress man then called and told them about how I worked third shift and these calls were the middle of the night to me. I explained the extreme urgency of the matter. That this has been happening for two months. Long story short I just filed a police report with the Prince George's county police department for harrassment against Mrs. Tricia Odeon and with the blessing of my congressman Steny Hoyer (the main man) an investigator has been assigned to contact this woman and get her personal information so I can press charges against her at the commissioner's office. I am assured that the State's Attorney will make an example out of an individual abusing what little power they have at a company and in fact breaking Maryland Law. I just got home and was told monday morning it would be "well under way". My congressman has really stepped up to the plate to help the people. The cops tried to say it was Civil. But after some phone calls they acted differently. Chase is the worst comapny I have ever dealt with. They refuse to stop prank calling me. I hate Chase. I will be suing them for damages now. I took today off work to file this criminal complaint and intak report for the detectives. Chase is evil. They are racist. Do not do business with them if you are black.
