I closed my nextcard platinum visa card my junior yr of college (2 yrs ago) not only did my interest rate jump from 9.9 to 19.9% my account number changed 3 times & everytime my payments were magically late due to processing errors. I incurred late fees & ridiculos amounts of interest. Something really needs to be done regarding this company's malicious credit abuse! There is no longer a customer service number that will connect you with a live operator all inquiries have to be mailed in & naturally they are conveniently unrequitted. If thre is a class action lawsuit SIGN ME UP ASAP!!!
