Unporfessional customer service / this company is a joke/scammers

I don't know how the corporation can be in operation. I've looked through all the grievances individuals have posted and from what i observe, all of us have been subjected to the same condition. Worse part is, we're all prepared to pay or fix the situations but administrators are "too busy" to come back calls or the inexperienced people addressing the devices have no idea how to deal with these circumstances! These folks have to be released of business! I'm likely to make a summary of emails and telephone numbers of all of the those who have submitted their complaints and publish anything to some lawyer to determine of a classact suit! It has gone far enough
