If you have been using H.R. Block products for years and expect the product you buy this year to be comparable to previous years, think again. Free state forms has, as far as I know, always been a part of the Home and Business premium product. This year, without any prominent notification on the box or elsewhere, you will be dunned for an additional $36.95 for the state return.
When I was looking for a place report this ripoff, I noticed that there are many, many other complaints about this company. You should review those before buying their product. I wish I had.
