Charge on credit card

I terminated the purchase of AVG but was billed for this on my charge card. Used to do not finish the shape however it was nevertheless billed to us. It was on my notebook and was never mounted and that I need that cost corrected once we won't spend that quantity. ($69.14)

It was marketed like a download free however anticipated a fee for it when it had beennot saved.

Please allow me to understand when that is corrected.
