If you are reading this, you are either working for Stan (mag) or you are about to do a loan modification. If you are reading this, take this very very seriously, you have already, or are about to make the biggest mistake of your life. I will say this, Stan Allotey, is the biggest crook, lier, and thief i have ever met in my life. Its very sad that im writing this because he comes across as such a great person, but let me tell you, that man is PATHETIC.
I was hired by Stans company, and to be honest, i had 0 clue what a loan modification was, but was very interested in it, because it was helping people save there houses. I got hired beause of my great sales and managment back ground. With in 2 or 3 weeks, i was the leading sales rep there, thinking i was helping the most people save there houses. It was funny to me, that every single day, there was a new pay plan, and come pay day, your pay check (if you got it) was never correct. I know for a fact or atleast 10 employees that did not get there check, or when they finally did get them, they were wrong. I can off the top of my head... Count 8 times that on pay day, i was expecting a check of 3 to 4 thousand dollars, and my check was 2200 or 2300 dollars. Its sad to me that Stan's company from week to week, brings in roughly 20,000 dollars, and he can not pay his employees... Which means he either has no morrals, ethics, or has a drug or gambeling problem.
I watched Stan during Christmas time, tell clients that we are giving back a refund, and 2 or 3 months later, the client still did not have there refund. He talks about how, MAG is a different type of loan mod company... Yes the employees he hires are good people, but we dont controll the company check book. Stan also has a polilcy, which in turn is a good idea, if you give the company a referral, he will give you a 100 dollar visa gift card for every one that signs up... I had 10 people that never got there gift card.
Stan wont drive his car to work, because to many employees have messed it up, keyed it, flat tires ect... Because he does not give them there checks... I am more then suprised the AG has not shut him down yet... He is a pathetic lying criminal... Im sure he is just counting the days till his doors get closed and he is in jail for fraud. Please no matter what you do... Do not do business with his company... This is coming from a guy that made Stan over 200,000 dollars in 6 months.
I could wrtie on for hours... But the kicker. To top it all off. This will make you sick to your stomach. Stan had an employee, who worked for him, get into a wreck and lose his leg... Stan visited him in the hospital, made him feel good ect... Then never paid him when he went back to work, after being in the hospital for 2 or 3 months...
If you want to save your house, your family and your life... Do not work for stan, mag, or do not do a loan modification with him or his company... Be smart... And run run run...
