After many emails and letters and phone calls, no refund so I filed a complaint with the State of California Department of Justice Public Inquiry Unit of the Attorney General at P.O. Box 944255 Sacramento CA 94244-2550
From the Attorney General "we can bring legal action when substantial evidence is accumulated which indicates that a firm is systematically violating California state law"
Fraud, which Luxman is guilty of, must be a violation of California law.
