NSF policies bank licens to steal

The banks NSF policy lets them list debits highest to lowest on a daily basis, so smaller amounts that would normally clear are now chargeable, no limit on how many times in one day that your account is charged a fee for every debit over your limit, its costing me 600.$ a month, i cant keep my head above wate
