I've been a bofa client for 17 years today, with a few deceptive prices on my consideration which were usually rapidly solved after I named. (Surprise how often others were billed that perhaps didnot recognize like I did?) now was the final straw, however, and that I have approached the Federal Reserve. I recently transferred my tax return cash to my bill. A couple of days later, I moved a number of it to my family savings via online bank, understanding I'd overdraft protection just in case something arrived of my checking. A couple of days later, I obtained 3 facility costs! I quickly approached bofa, and also the 3 people I spoke to decided the costs did not seem sensible and might move me towards the proper call-center which means this could be set. Then I acquired diconnected as well as their callcenters were shut. And so I called again today (3-11-10), and was moved numerous occasions before they ultimately found the final outcome they were maintaining my $105 value of costs and they were correct! Truly!?!?? They state since I moved it out-of my bank account, it was no further in there, also it hadnot published to my savings account yet (despite the fact that my online bank established that it was), therefore it wasn't available there. Where then, can I request, WAS it? Itis OUR cash, but itis somehow out in "limbo-land" where itis unavailable to protect my costs? I've experienced the incorrect before (not had enough cash, etc), and that I have realized why a charge was billed. But this time around, I'd lots of cash available, simply not "officially" available after I really required it. But I'm the "small guy" plus they are the large bank establishment, so just how do I combat that? This really is therefore annoying!
