I was awarded a judgment for $5350, USJEB sent me a letter stating they would collect the debt by garnisheeing the debtor's wages for 20% of the $5350 plus $150 filing fee, I faxed Peter Jacobs the agreement stating I agreed to these terms.
My check was cashed by DGM Financial on 02/17, I have not heard 1 word from him after numerous calls to his answering machine and emails.
I looked up DGM Financial and was horrified to find complaints that they collected debts and never paid the people their money.
In one of our phone calls I asked Peter Jacobs what was with the website usjeb.com, why it wasn't, and still isn't, up and he said they were trying to fix the "shopping cart"... Ha! That's a good one, Peter!
I have made a report the the Florida Attorney General and my attorney.
What a bunch of bad people!
