I've been with Lender of America (BOA) since 1991. I've had several issues with them-like way too many NSF costs, but might often correct them having a lengthy telephone call or two. Today I received a phone from the variety company declaring they were attempting to gather on the overdue charge card with BOA. Used to do not understand i owed cash on any credit card not to mention a BOA charge card. After talking with five separate customer support representatives, they eventually determined that I'd exposed the charge card in 2006 on the "unique present", but had never used it. Sometime in 2008 BOA employed it to protect a facility of fifty bucks. We were never charged or informed until nowadays from the collection company that are looking 500 and fifty-five bucks to stay your debt. BOA stated "its out-of our fingers".
