Bank account charged for unauthorized purchase

I had been examining my bank account balance online and observed a cost of $24.99 on my consideration, removed recently. I've never heard about EPOCH, I've not requested something online and that I haven't provided my bill info for that agreement of those resources. I'd enjoy somebody fixing this the moment possible!
