Citi Cards provided me A - 30 day free trial offer of Credit Inform after my bill number have been taken and fruadulant costs were created. I approved, after being educated that my free trial offer wouldn't start till I obtained a deal from Credit Inform. Well, after 40 times I've NEVER obtained a deal, but Credit Inform has started getting me due to their solutions. A Credit Inform consultant advised me that CITI was misinforming their clients, not them. Long story short, CITI does not take accountability because they declare their agreement with Credit Inform states the thirty days starts after registration deal is obtained! Exactly what a laugh, Not Citi's fault, Not Credit Informis fault, simply poor people client who gets caught in the centre! Don't accept an offer from citi to sign up in credit inform or identification check!
